Back inland

Back inland: The other face of Brittany

While the Erquy coastline is magnificent, inland Brittany is also well worth a visit. A return inland is an opportunity to explore a different landscape, that of the bocage, green valleys and rural heritage of the Côtes-d'Armor. It's a refreshing contrast to the iodised atmosphere of Camping du Val.

The charm of villages and legends

The appeal of a return inland lies in discovering small towns of character, ancient churches and forgotten castles. This is where you'll find the very soul of Brittany, with its legends, traditions and more rustic cuisine. The local markets are authentic meeting places, offering quality local produce.

From Camping du Val, you can easily organise a trip back inland to destinations such as Dinan, whose medieval atmosphere offers a historical interlude. It's a chance to swap sea spray for the scent of fields and forests.

A balanced stay

Alternating between the pleasures of the coast (beaches, Cap Fréhel) and a return inland is the key to a successful holiday diary. It allows for a variety of activities, from coastal walks to bike rides on rural paths, and ensures that every member of the family finds something to do.

Camping du Val is the ideal base for these two-faceted explorations, offering you the comfort of a seaside establishment while being strategically positioned to discover the richness of the Breton hinterland.
